Other than stop drop and roll, what do you use to put out a fire in someone's hair or clothes in the laborator?

First you need to work on your English, it is difficult to help someone when they can't understand what you are trying to say. Are you saying that the engine cuts out while driving or when you come to a stop. What year is the camry? We need more information to better understand the problem.
there are three requirements for fire: 1. Fuel (ie the material to burn) 2. Oxygen (ie from the air around) 3. Heat source (ie spark) These are the basis of fire and this is the list that fire extinguisher work on to extinguish the fire. I.e. a Co2 fire extinguisher works by blanketing the fire with Co2 to remove the oxygen.
I have the roundest face and my eyebrows are naturally pretty thick and it suites me pretty well. It makes my face appear stronger. It doesn't hurt to test the look out on yourself. It's only makeup. I say go for it grrrl
