I'm not sure. Have your tried turning your wrench the other way. Sometimes everything is so badly corroded you have to use a hack saw to cut that part of the pipe off and buy new pipe and fittings, hopefully, plastic (it's not called plastic) and maybe some pipe cleaner and cement. When you go shopping take the old piece of pipe with you so you know what size and length to buy. Lowes and Home Depot both have wonderful DIY plumbing supply departments, with literature, signs and helpful people.
