I have been googling for hours now, trying to find rubber sheets or neoprene in a size larger than 36 x 36 and it's very hard to come by apparently, so I am wondering, is there such a thing as a paintable rubber? Something that I can paint onto fabric and have it LOOK and feel kind of like rubber? I don't need it to behave like rubber, as it is for a craft project, and nothing weather/waterproof related.Any suggestions or ideas are welcome, thanks!

There shouldn't be any reason for any smell until it reaches a close-to-maturing stage. When it's ready to begin re-productive stage. Where do you live, anyway? I'm only asking because January is so not the right time to be planting ANYTHING outdoors, especially where cannibas is concerned in any of the temperate zones where it does well. You have only one plant? Where I live it's perfectly legal to grow up to 3 plants for personal use. No questions either. Helicopters don't bother with anything less. Do you have any idea how much fuel even a 206 uses? It's over $1200 / hour now. Like you're gonna get busted for a wee little plant that might net you $200 in bud, if you're lucky. They likely laugh at folk like you and carry on doing what pays the fuel bill. Helicopters aren't usually deployed for pot-growing purposes this time of year unless it's for major grow-ops that can net them at least a $100,000 in seizures. They are however used all year round for hydro-line checks lines in potential jeopardy. They have to fly low for those, too. Paranoia. That's all it is. Have a nice hot cup of tea and forget about it. But the whole smell thing makes me thing you got a major soil and drainage problem going on. Whatever. Tea and a good night's sleep.
you can request a speed survey and once they determine that the average speed of cars is over the speedlimit, then they will either put another stop sign or a speedbump to slow cars down. It takes about a year.
