Question:

Paintball What to wear?!?

Hi, Im probably going to play paintball, next week, and i've never played before Does it hurts? and, what is recommendable to wear?

Answer:

I would guess bad struts. Once they dry out they don't dampen the bumps in the road. All you have left is the large springs on the front end (that wrap the struts). So when your tire hits a bump, the springs help the tire bounce like a basketball instead of dampening that in to a smoother motion. Try pressing down on the corner of the car as far down as it will go (don't dent your fender). Then let go. If the car snaps back up to level and stops moving, struts are ok. If the car bounces a couple of times like a boat on water, they are probably bad.
i own a repair shop and its probably just the shock bushings on it getting dried out a little or the torsion bar bushings doing this, its not a safety issue or anything and will not cause any trouble, and it can be fixed by using just a small amount of wd-40 on the bushings,it doesn't take very much at all, one squirt will do it,all its doing is getting dry around the bushings and that's what causes this new bushings will fix the problem or a little wd-40 ,and its cheaper than replacing the bushings also ,good luck with it hope this helps.
I'd approach the managing attorney about this. You've been there long enough to prove your value they'd have to train someone to replace you, etc. Although there are many qualified legal assistants out of work right now, it's always expensive to change out staff. Highlight the things you do well based on your post (other than simple stuff like capitalization which I know you're ignoring because it's a message board), you write better than 9/10 of the people on Y!A, solid writing is a rare skill. Get some confidence back. If you're terminated you will collect unemployment unless you engaged in willful misconduct or a pattern of absenteeism, something like that. Making mistakes, or 'it's just not working out' doesn't qualify. I'm not saying they won't fight you over benefits, just that you will probably win whatever challenge they throw down. Try to be brave! If not for yourself, then for your friends and family.
