I bought some blue metallic paint from auto zone, and it looks great when wet, but when it drives, it dries on dull, and looks like i ripped the wipers from a 30 year old car at the junkyard.How can I fix this issue?And if it‘s clear coat, please add details.I tried 2 coats, and then i tried a light grey primer then paintingStill happens!

take you wiper and paint back to auto zone and show them. usuallly blue met. spray paint should be glossy . i think something is wrong with the paint.
