Could I replace the rear axle of a Peugeot 206 XR, 2001 with rear axles of another peugeot models ? (2002,etc). I‘m having trouble finding exactly the right one.
Probably not because they are engineered for that type of car/motor/. Check where they sell car parts. They have catalogues with references. You can hear there what a new one will cost (original or cheaper). It might all together be cheaper than driving around the country finding used axles. An option is to find a wreck and ask for the rear axles. Which will be hard to find. Good luck.
