sometimes they will not allow speed bumps because of the snow removal or emergency vehicles that need to get there. But most of the times they will allow street signs that will say CAUTION CHILDREN AT PLAY or posted speed limit signs. It all depends on your local govt.
You put your child in a car seat to protect them. As far as the rest of the rant..a car can cause a lot more damage than a motorcycle and usually has more occupants. Safety clothing only does so much, loud pipes has nothing to do with any of this and most states have helmet laws. Sowhat do I think? I think you need a good relaxing vacation.
it's probably a customized font created by a calligrapher or other artist. If you copy it freehand you will not infringe on any copy rights. you could photograph it and have it enlarged to the size you want and copy it
First contact your town's department of safety, public highways or whoever is in charge of maintaining the streets and explain the problem. Then, type a nicely worded petition, in legalese and English, and approach your neighbors and the residents in the area (include any merchants that may be located within the affected areas). Then, when all the signatures have been affixed, put the petition in an envelope and address it to the entity that you previously contacted and mail it, with certified mail, return receipt requested. At the next town council meeting, bring the receipt and a photocopy of the petition and inquire as to the status of the request. It may take a long time, but, if it is warranted, you may get the speed bumps installed. Good luck!
