Answer:

I think your latch accidently got jammed in the lock position when it was opened. take a look at the lock latch. is there a metal bar that looks like a hook across the opening of the latch that is stopping the latch from grabbing the striker? if so, you can probably fix it yourself by putting the shaft of a screwdriver through the hold above that bar then using your key to open the lock as you press down on the screwdriver. the inverted U that the latch closes onto is called the striker the part that grabs the striker is called the latch that black box that is attached to the latch doesn't do anything except disable the inside trunk release. when disabled you can't open the trunk from inside; you have to use the key the place that you put the key is called the key cylinder. there is a bar that goes from the back of the key cylinder into the latch to turn the locking mechanism when you turn the key hope that answers your question
Yes, with no problems, unless you weigh over 300lbsLOL A Superbike as you call it has a very small rake and trail the wheels are close together giving you clearance when crossing speed humps. If you stretch your bike which has been popular these days, then that would reduce your clearance, plus rider weight does make a difference also.
If the brand name and model number is somewhere on the box write it down and go to the manufacturers web site and see if the insutrctions on how to disconnect the alarm are available. if not you may have to take the car to a local stereo shop that installs sterees and car alarms and pay them to disconnect the alarm from the car. You may have to pay the labor for the shop to do the work but you dont have much choice sometmes. lesson learned never buy a car with a after market cal alarm that does not ha e the remote.
