Question:

Potty training issue- My 3 year old always uses the toilet when in underwear but wont try when in a diaper?

So the only times he’s in a diaper is when he’s sleeping and I know he’s going to pee while he’s sleeping so that doesn't bother me its just the pooping thing. He will just wake up and try to hide some where and poop. He just doesn't try at all to even get to the toilet. He is very aware of the fact that he has to go so that's not the issue. Before he wore normal underwear and was in pull ups and he would use the toilet to pee most of the time but same as now he knew that the pull ups are really just diapers and would poop in them. So if you have experience with this please let me know how you resolved it. Thank you.

Answer:

Well, Einstein described gravity not as force but as a curvature in spacetime. Now what does that mean huh that means that the space we live in is not flat, it's curved. Actually, the mass curves the space around it. And this thing is often explained by rubber sheet analogy: consider a rubber sheet, and roll a very light weighted ball on it what'll happen? Nothing! It'll just follow a straight path on the sheet. Now, drop a heavy ball on the sheet, and now again roll the light weighted ball, this time it won't go straight but would go round the heavy ball What happened here is that the light ball tend to go on a straight path this time too, but since the mass of the heavy ball had curved the space around it the light ball had to move round it. So this heavy ball is actually sun and light ball is any of the planet. But wait, this analogy should not be taken too literally, because only a 2D surface is curved, whereas in reality the whole space around the sun would curve the space around it. Also any mass doesn't only curve space but also time. Earth also has mass, so it also curves the space and time around it So as YOU move away from the earth in upward direction, time will start to run faster for YOU, whereas it'd still run slower for people on the ground near to earth. But this effect is so negligible that it can't be detected, but only through atomic watches. And this HAS BEEN verified using atomic watches. So Gravity is not an force but a curvature in spacetime.
God has a really big butt - and it's magnetic - and your feet stick to it.
I agree it is infuriating, and often corporate reaction doesn't really help. All I can tell you from experience is that a person such as that will ultimately get herself in big trouble - most likely sooner than later - when she tries to push around the wrong person. Don't worry about fixing her - wherever she goes, she's probably doing something similar. So far as your continuing to do that same job is concerned, try and make sure you are always in range of a security camera. You aren't going to be able to fix people, so if you find it more and more unpleasant, you're going to need to consider another position. Management's ultimate job is not to make the customer see what's right - it's to make sure they come back and spend more money. After all, that's how they're paying you. Added- You are correct that no individual has the right to threaten or push you - and as you describe this incident, you could report her for assault and battery - assault being the threatening motion that made you feel endangered, and the actual contact being battery. However, it's not clear what made her feel as if her personal space was being invaded, and from the sounds of it, she would counter with the same complaint. From the sounds of it, you are probably lucky she didn't call the police herself, whether or not it would have actually been warranted. Even with the support of a video of the incident, you would likely risk your job and perhaps even charges. Doesn't make it right, but stranger things have happened.
