Hi guys: Can any one has an idea why my rear suspension raise up and some times it goes down and I feel I am sitting on a horse like there is no shocks in the back.I HAVE 2000 FORD EXPEDITION 5.4 4WD XLT with air suspension on it.Thanks in advance.
My mom's 99 Epedition had this same problem/quirk with it. The air suspesion system turns on when the truck's computer says it's too low. You hear an air pump kick on and the rear will raise up slowly. If your system fails and you dont hear the pump.or you completely end up with no suspension riding on the rubber stoppers on the frame.you'll probably have to replace the airbag system with a normal coil spring system.which is what we did. Much less noise/irritation/stress.
