hi,i would like to know what are some most common ways to mass produce small aluminum elementssay a simple rectangle 1/4 inch by 1/3 inch, 1/4 inch thick, with two holes small holes in itif you need 100,000 of them - are they casted, so the holes are there from the start? are are the holes drilled later? or are they punched/pressed? or are they working on each element individually using CNC machines?
You would want to use a milling machine numerically controlled with a saw attachment to it and they you would use a huge aluminum bar that's already 1/4 by 1/3 and have program the machine to drill the holes first then cut it into the desired thickness anything else wouldn't be smart since its aluminum and its really easy to machine it.
when i had dark brown i dyed my bangs turquoiseI have a lot of expierence in this area so i know first hand that if you are going to dye your hair any of those three colors you have to bleach your hair especially if you're going to do the turquoiseTrust me you dont need a pro i do my own hair all the time just have confidence that you'll do a good job dont doubt yourselfYou can put aluminum to separate the streaks from what you are going to do blackI suggest that you do the streaks first that way when you go to dye your hair black you'll notice every strand that shouldn't be dyed black and put it all into aluminumThat should work out just fineGood luck.
