Question:

Prohormone Steel crushers need info?

Okay so I'm a 21year old male and have weighted 125 for way to long, I go to the gym at least 4 times a week and take creatine, protein, and bcaa as well as eat a lot and still can't seem to gain weight,so I'm going to try steel crushers. I just don't know which one to do. My goal weight has always been 145 150 being in only 5'7quot; but I also wanna look cut and lean, so I'm choosing either dymethalberry or epimint from steel crushers but don't know which would be better for me and which has little to no side effects. Also if anyone could clue me in on what those side effects may be. Also where could I buy them, thanks

Answer:

I personally think your issue is you're not eating enough. You said you eat a lot but I'm telling you that you don't. bcaa's don't do **** by the way and the prohormones you buy won't do anything either unless you get them prescribed by your doctor (aka the real stuff).
Oy.....PH's are not sold in the US anymore. Dymethylberry is nothing but a low dose Superdrol. JMHO but if you can't do any research, don't take steroids. You haven't even mentioned anything about PCT
I'm in the same boat as you, and I can guarantee you that you're deluding yourself into thinking you eat enough, but you actually don't. I always thought I eat alot, but once I started actually counting calories, it hit me. Keep on going with creatine, BCAA and protein/carb supplements, but try to optimize your diet. You really should get yourself to eat 5-6 times a day, with 5+ fruit snacks! Furthermore, how do you train? Do you do cardio? If so, there might be the next problem. If you want to bulk up and have difficulty eating large amounts, you have to focus on strength training, meaning you try to lift as much as possible with low reps (6-10 reps; 3-4 sets), and no cardio if possible. Don't go running, or anything like that. I had only 110 pounds with 5'11, and it only changed as I stopped doing most cardio, and force myself to eat like crazy. If you're a smoker, I guarantee you'll have it 10x easier eating more if you quit. I wish you the best!
