Question:

What is the formula for volume of a silo ?

The question is a cylinder and a half of a sphere I know those formulas but the height is in total it doesn't separate for cylinder and sphere

Answer:

The total volume depends on where it separates from a cylinder into a (hemi)sphere. You can figure out where this is using the radius of the cylinder, which should be the same as the radius of the sphere and the height from the top at which it separates. Hope that helps.
