A fire hose held near the ground shoots water at a speed of 7.5 m/s. At what angle(s) should be the nozzle point in order that the water land 2.0 meters away? Why are there two different angles?

Two things can happen. The paper is too think for the labels for one thing. Secondly, get a Q-tip and alcohol and clean the roller feed. That will provide correct traction for the paper and should work perfectly. Turn the foller by hand if you can so that you clean front and back. Lastly, don't forget to fan the labels befroe putting in a stack in the printe.
It's simply a matter of who installs it and what direction they turn the knob before screwing it in place. Nothing standard about it.
Its not standardized to allow for the maximum amount of variation in locks. Some are harder to pick then others, etc. Some even have tumblers top and bottom. Its not hard to tell which way to put the key, the plain part of the lock takes the straight part of the key. Some locks can't be flipped around as stated above, depending on the orientation to the rest of the lock, like dead bolt itself or something like that.
