Right the right and simple answer is NO! They were never built for weekend sailors but Commercial traffic you just have to find a boat yard near the canal and pay them to lift it in or out and that don't come cheap!
Where are you located? Where is it you intend to use the boat? Most canals eventually connect to more open areas that would be likely to have launching rampsBut every canal system is differentSo when you ask a question like this you really should provide at least some location informationAnd don't ask the question more than once.
I can only speak for the CD canal, but the canal isn't that big and there is a ramp on the East end at Delaware City, not technically in the canal but right up a little river about a half mileAt the other end, there is a ramp near the Chesapeake Inn, in Chesapeake City, in a little basin right in the canalAt the end of the canal, up the Northeast River, there is Anchor Marina but thats not really anywhere close to the canal, about 5 minutes when your doing 160 though! So, not usually but sometimes there are ramps right off the canal.
Decide on whether you will follow the recommended amount of fiber you need daily or if you wish to take more after you come up with the total grams, divide this equally to the number of meals you have each dayYou might try eating high fiber vegetablesand I've also found double fiber bread.
