Q. Are rubber extruded profiles and plastic extruded profiles same?

Answer:

akaMaryn they have an entire section on guidelines, tips, etc. here are some other safety tips you could follow : keep your needles tucked in a pin-cushion or inside a tight container to avoid mishaps. use safety pins or long tacking stitch for temporary basting instead of pins needles. keep your machine well-oiled; a smooth-running machine decreases stalling possibility of other accidents. always use a sharp-pointed needle. sometimes the tip breaks rips through fine fabric. check periodically to see that all screws, etc. are tight. Especially when you change a needle. always clean the lint with brush after use. this keeps the machine in good running condition avoids snagging or build-up, etc. organize your threads other sewing equipment neatly in an organizer, drawer, or boxes. this will reduce knotting, etc. ease your work when you sit down to stitch. otherwise it can become quite distracting frustrating. keep toddlers out of the way while stitching for obvious reasons. and, if you are hand-sewing, you can use a thimble to protect your fingers. hope these help all the very best happy safe sewing :-))
Contact an RV supply store and talk with them. They should have access to that information since they deal in parts for trailers.
Don't push or pull the fabric under the presser foot. Guide, don't haul - or you'll break needles, which can wind up in your eye. If you're going to work with fabrics where needle breakage is likely (like those wretched sequinned fabrics where the sequins are not removeable along the stitching line), then wear safety goggles. Don't lean in too closely when you're sewing, particularly on a machine with an exposed takeup lever. It's fairly easy to whack yourself in the eyebrow with the takeup lever. Use a press cloth underneath a fabric if you're going to be turning over narrow edges. Place the press cloth down first, and the fabric piece over that, leaving a couple of inches or so of press cloth showing. Place your pressing template over the fabric. Turn the edge of your fashion fabric over the template by folding the presscloth up and over the edge of the template. Keeps your fingers away from the hot iron. Do not put needles or pins into the arm of a chair or on the foot of a bed. And pick them up off the floor when you drop them. Accidental vaccinations, particularly of a parent, spouse, or child are no fun. And you may never hear the end of it. If you use a rotary cutter, make it a habit to put the cover over the blade at the end of any cut. Safety cutters can be a big help here.
