If neutronium is a material that is completely composed of neutrons that are actually in physical contact, then wouldn't a flat plane of it (hypothetically) be reflective down to the molecular level? Would an atom-sized lifeform (if one could exist) be able to see it's own reflection?
Jeff's right. To expand a little, the big offender is a forced-air gas furnace about 20 years old that has a cracked heat exchanger - it lets exhaust gas mingle with house air. Other bad stuff would be an exhaust flue through the roof that has been clogged by leaves, a bird's nest, or an insane squirrel who got stuck, or another faulty gas appliance (drier, range, wall heater, etc.). Gas fireplaces also deserve a look, regardless whether they are vent-free or not. A good utility maintenance service here can save your family's life, so spend the money and sleep well. Meanwhile, drive defensively - the road is the most dangerous thing we face each day.
Buy a Glock of some sort, i recommend a 19, small, easy to handle/shoot. then, if he ever tries to come in your house, shoot him in the foot.
Probably the best defense is to keep your blinds closed when you are bathing, changing clothes and sleeping. Next, you could approach the apartment management about increasing their security. Most apartment complexes hire their own security guards. As you can imagine with all the budge cuts the police forces have been cut pretty thin and their time to respond to your apartment after you called has increased. Next call the non emergency number of the police department and ask about a crime prevention program. In some cities they still offer a crime prevention officer who can come and assess the security of your complex and make recommendations. Good luck
