Questions about motorcycles for beginners?

I really like the look of motorcycles, and I‘ve ridden a few dirtbikes as well and enjoy it. Now that I‘m about to get my license, I need a ride to school and work(can‘t have my parents drive me around forever, sadly) so I need to find a good beginner bike that comes with a bag or something I can put my books in. The weather here is mild year round so Its not a huge issue. Any ideas or brands that I can look up? I also can‘t possibly spend more than three grand.

Answer:

A smaller bike will get you better gas mileage and also be easier to handle. A bigger bike will use more gas (usually around 20 mpg more) but will permit you onto the freeways. If you have been dirt riding then that is a real plus. Just remember that the cement is much harder than dirt and some vehicles are much bigger than you You can always make up saddle bags or even a milk carton on the back for hauling books or ?? Really important to remember that on the streets and roads - most people driving car/trucks just don't see you, so you have to be extra careful when traveling the traffic lanes. It would pay to practice in parking lots and places where you can get comfortable with any bike that you choose. Maybe even take a course or two from good safety instructors. Learn or relearn how to use the front and back brake at higher speeds. At 50 mph if you apply only the back brake you will be thrown off - If you recall how you applied the brakes on going down any steep hills - that will definitely come in handy. In the dirt trees and logs don't jump out in front of you but some maniac drivers do. If you are trying to sell your parents on getting you a bike the motorcycle driving course can be handy also. If you are a big guy, 6 ft or so then a 500cc should do the trick. If you are 5'6 a 125 - 250 will get you around. Well I hope that this has been a help. Drive safe.
I won't recommend a teenager to use a motorcycle for school, these highschool/college students are already drink driving or texting and driving with deadly accidents, what do you think about texting or drink and riding a murder-cycle?
For a first bike I recommend a lighter bike, say 250 or 350 cc max. The advantage of a lighter bike is that they're a little more forgiving and as a result are a lot safer to learn on than a heavy bike. Another advantage of a smaller bike is fantastic gas mileage, in the range of 50 60 mpg. This will give you a pretty snappy bike but one that is easier to learn on since the weight is a big issue for new riders. Once you learn the basics, you can work your way up to a larger bike and you won't hardly notice the transition.
The Bible says If a man should lie with another man as he would a woman,it is an abomination. thus God does not condone homosexuality but he loves the person very much and does not wish to see him perish he only hates the sin but loves the sinner as all christians should as well.
People that think they know what God likes and dislikes, probably know God the least. That goes especially for christians, who worship the messenger and not the Creator
