Quilting process definition
Loose fiber bedding, the core structure and shape is not fixed, easy to flow shrink mass, uneven thickness.
Take bedding as an example, the quilt is generally composed of two parts: the tire material and the outer fabric, and the tire material has the wadding and the loose fiber.
In order to make the bedding fabric outer and inner core tightly fixed, the bedding of uniform thickness, the outer fabric and the inner core side by side line or decorative pattern type (including suture stitch), the increase of beauty and practicality of the procedure, called quilting, after this sewing the bedding or cushion. Called the quilt and quilt pad.
