maybe but I could tell better if you told me the model but if its in good condition and you like it I'd say go for it but one note before you buy it test drive it with a friend who knows lots about cars
i got a 2000 pontiac firebird with 77,000 miles on it i only paid 25,000 miles for it. It better be in exellent condition
1. Certainly you ran over some thing that punctured the tire. 2. It's trustworthy if it is stuffed with air. 3. There's no guarantee for this so i'd just go pay the 20 bucks at any legit location and have it patched provided that the tire is repairable.
The recommended tyre pressure for a 2002 Hyundai Elentra is 30psi.
