4 inches seems right,strip all the weight you can,put a single hoop rollbar in it,and have a blast with it.check jc whitney,i think they sell airbags that will lift it for about 2-300 bucks.

The tire stamp is maximum air pressure, not recommended. The vehicle manufacture sets it for each different car. In your case, Pontiac recommends 35psi in both front and rear tires, and that cover the 14 inch and both 15 inch options that the car came with.
For tires, giving a price isn't your best deal / value. Quality matters more. A smooth quiet ride is also an indication that a tire will help your suspension components last longer.Can ya beat a Michellin ?
