if they are the same price, then a refillable lighter would make the most sense you really need to make a price point in your survey for it to have any validity is the lighter going for one english pound? one US dollar? one Euro? 50 Rupees? or is it going for ten pounds, 15 dollars, 8 euros, or 800 rupees? in which case it would be an investment. (yes, an Australian lady friend of mine said she was going to INVEST in a lighter, rather than using matches all the time. this was before the advent of the disposable butane lighter)(she was very impressed with the lighter i was using at the time) or is the lighter going to sell for 29 American cents, or three rupees, or 2 bob, or a tenth of a euro? you tell me the price point, and a lot of people will answer your little poll
