Question:

Rims and suspension on an Integra?

Ok I have a 1996 Acura Integra. I recently purchased it from a friend and I want to fix up the suspension and put some nice wheels. Right now it‘s dropped on ebay springs in the back and cut stock springs in the front. What‘s a good suspension combo springs and struts. And another one is I want to put some 15in rims but I really don‘t want my tire and rim sticking out my fenders. What are some good rims and offset I should get Thanx

Answer:

I find it really odd that you ride trials, yet you don't even know how your rear wheel is held to the frame. You'll likely have to replace the rear axle, but if the axle is bent, it may have damaged the rear hub as well. So you need to bring your bike into a local bike shop so they can check it out.
enkei rims and tein dampers work really good
Most rears are 3/8 or 14 mm. If your front is smaller than you rear, then most likely the rear is a 14 mm. You should be able to take the axle to a hardware store to verify (once it is off the bike). You need to take it off anyway to assess what you need. and measure the space between the dropouts.
