I have 55GB of it on my HD (with absolutely no nu or metalcore), a smattering of all subgenres except doom and gothic, so I'd say yes. Classical (Romantic period mainly), old school Psychedelic Rock, bit o' Britpop. Early Metallica albums.
I used to just like regular rock, but then I listned to Killswitch Engage and have become a bigger metal fan since. I guess I love hearing sweet guitar riffs.
Yes, I like alot of metal. My main genre is rock/alternative, but I like pretty much anything. My little brother got me listening to metal many years ago while driving to school. I allowed him 2 of 'his' songs to play while on the way, and it was 'Four Horsemen' by Metallica and 'Sweating Bullets' by Megadeth that got me into it. ;)
