It depends, if you have to replace the barrel (where the key goes) it might be more expensive since you have a unique key. though, the other parts are pretty cheap and you could do it yourself pretty easily. You must remove the door panel, then the second plastic panel to have a direct access to the lock. just be careful with the window regulator. And for the body work, ask a few bodyshop.. it's the only way to have the best price!
Hesounds scary There probably isn't anything you can do to get your parents to force him to move. They probably want to help him but don't know how. Unfortunately, this isn't the way, either. I like the idea on talking to other relatives; could you go stay with one of them? Tell your parents you don't want to be around meth(as you legally do not have to be), and you're not getting sleep for school because he won't hold decent hours. You could always call the cops, though that might backfirethey'd probably remove you from the home and put you into foster care(unless you have a place to go). But, maybe that'd be better
