I would like to know what kind of toy it is, what material the wheels are made out of, what type of procedure you use the drill press for. Without knowing that I would guess you mean a hole saw bit. It can be attached to a drill or drill press to cut varying diameters of circles in wood.
Your after a hole saw that has a standard mandrill that has various diameters of circle cutters. normally wood working hole saws come with a nest of differnt sizes of cutters Cheers!
