Hi I'm going to start doing deadlifts in my basement but the only problem is my basement floor is concrete and I kinda slam the weight down. Is there a thick rubber mat out there on the internet that i can buy to protect my cement floor. I'm sorta looking on the line of two puzzle pieces, one under each plate. Thanks!
smoke detectors in hallway, garage, and each bedroom, had to take the kitchen one down because it went off every time I cooked. {and no I do not burn things} Ours run on batteries. The batteries are changed every time we change the clocks for daylight standard time. Hard wired can get their wires burned through a celing smoldering for hours and then are unable to go off when needed.

I think its a combination of her age, she growth of the bladder and maybe a little of her not getting enought attention. Since there are so many of you and it only used to be her and you. She pees herself and you take care of her. Just the way she wants it. Set aside some time for just you and her and be there only for her. See how that works out.
