i read on this site. that if you put rubbing alcohal on your skin and light it it won't burn you is that true? and what else can you do with fire and rubbing alcohal?

In reality, linux has one user by default, named root, which has full system access. A system can also have a number of restricted-access accounts. This is all handled by user/group permissions. To say linux has three layers is wrong no matter how you look at it, since on the one hand all accounts are either full access (root or at the same privilege level as root) or restricted access, and on the other hand there is a huge number of ways that an account can be restricted so it's impossible to categorize accounts into admin or user.
