Question:

scratched the side view mirror film (just the reflective film that you look at, not the housing)..what to do??

On my car i scratched the mirror film pretty badly when removing the ice on the side view mirrors. The car is a lease so i want to get this taken care of as cheaply as possible. Is there some way I can just put a new reflective layer on top of it? Is there some sort of chemical i can put that will fill the scratches with reflective materailany help that you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Answer:

The military control systems use special signal coding and satellite links. I don't think that a standard R/C channel is a good place for long distance operation due to power limits and the issue of interference from other transmitters in the area. You might want to get a Technician Class Ham license. This will allow you access to a huge spectrum and higher power systems. This is not an easy project for you to start off with unless you have a pretty solid grasp of electronics.
Yes.and I can see you right now. Just kidding. You don't have a cam website I'm assuming, so the answer is no. If you happen to leave your cam on while chatting in IM then yes. Make sure you turn it off when you don't want people peeping in your room. If you're not in a chat program then NO people can't see you. I'd unplug it anyway or use a visor.
