Question:

septic alarm set off by power coming on?

The septic alarm went off today, and i'm not sure whether it just got set off by the power coming on or something else. The power was out, when the alarm came on, so i went outside and pressed the little button that makes it stop, and i went inside and the power was back. So did the power cause it to go off, or was it just coincidence? Thanks.

Answer:

sure.water conducts electricitythat's why !!!!!
I'm sorry- I know how frustrating and emotional it can be to hit a bump in the road while breastfeeding! Just keep offering the nipple without the shield about halfway through each feeding. I think the key is using the teachable moment when he's hungry, but not too hungry! Remember that any breastmilk you offer is beneficial, that you're doing the best you can, and don't give up! I was a mess when I had to supplement with formula due to supply issues, but my baby has gotten better and better at nursing (3 months now.) We still need the shield when she's fussy or sometimes to get her started, but it has gotten better, You may want to pump or take some action to increase your supply, since the shield can affect it. Good luck- just keep doing what you can! (I never tried ice on the nipple- I can't even imagine!!!)
