I just checked my tires and i have 2 bald tires and 2 tires that are probably 50% ish. Reason being i blew 2 tires shortly after getting all new tires. My question is should i get all 4 new tires or just replace the 2 bald ones. I do not think i can get the same tires that i had before so they would be different.
you can get just 2 but they need to be both front or both rear.
consider buying 2 good used tires that are a reasonably close match to the 2 50% tires and running them all down to the point where you replace all 4. Costs an extra mounting and balancing for two tires, but as long as you pay less than half the cost of 2 new tires, you'll be in about the same shape, and you'll have avoided the larger cost now. Plus it's easier to get a good deal on new tires when you buy all four together.
