I'm looking at motorcycle alarms and i'm wondering if a thief wouldn't be able to just break the alarm if they tried to take the bike. Is that something that happens?
in short none for the first 13 WEEKS* of employment an employer can end a contract without any reason with only 24 hrs notice. your rights will only come to effect after this period and will be in line with your contract. * 13 weeks is the minimum, once worked where this was 1 year its called a probationary period
