Foam extinguishers are very expensive, and used on big fires, such as airplanes. Carbon Dioxide is expensive, but leaves no mess. Halon is in the medium price range, and leaves no mess. Dry chemical is very inexpensive, but leaves a mess.
depends on the type, there are water co2 and others normally you will find co2 types
