Question:

should move baby to tot bed?

My 13 month old screams when hes in his crib and will not sleep he sleeps on a reg. bed just fine so i was wondering if it would be wise to move him to a tot bed he is a little young but it might be to his benifit I want to know what other parents would do

Answer:

yeah go for it! has to be a genuine tot bed that is very low to the floor with a side rail. My son out grew his cot about 18 mths straight to a single bed. now hes 3 in a double bed of his own! lol
I have a 2 year old, and she is not in a bed yet, cos I can live without her rambling around the house in the middle of the night, or spending hours playing with stuff in her room instead of going to sleep. But that's my preference, and it's up to you. You're the parent!!
My son went through the very same thing when he was about that age (he's now 20 months). We thought about moving him to a toddler bed but were afraid he wouldn't stay in bed and that it might become a safety issue. We decided to give it a bit more time and he completely changed his tune. Not that he loves going to bed at all but he is absolutely fine sleeping in his crib. You might want to give it a couple of months to see if he outgrows this phase; if he doesn't then you can try something different!
If u have lost Ur baby u would be in total agony and prob pass out so don't worry. Try holding Ur breath for a bit. Baby hates that and will start moving! Sometimes they get lazy and sleep but if u are really worried go to ur doctor.
Sure why not? If it means you and everyone else in your house is getting sleep then why not at least try it? I'd buy one of those gates you put on the open side of the bed though so the little turd doesn't fall out lol Good luck
