Should speed bumps be placed on NASCAR tracks to make the sport more safe?
Fire is a good thing if you don't get burned. to see your house burning down means that you will have loving companions and good fortune. and as for burning your friend in the over i don't think it means anything bad because you didnt feel guilty and you didnt see him dying either.
Were you in the car at the time? If you were, and your State requires a person with a Jr. license to have a licensed driver in the car with them, then you were legally 'in charge' of the vehicle at the time, and are responsible for the damages. If your State allows a 17 year old to drive unsupervised at whatever time the accident occurs, then she is responsible for the damages. However, if she can't pay, it is likely that the water board will come after you as the vehicle owner. In any event, your best bet is just to let your insurance take care of it - if there is a way to recover from her, they will pursue it. Richard
