Question:

Should the inside of my tires wear faster then the outside of my tires?

the inside treads of my tires are bald but the outside ones are not, is this normal?

Answer:

no this should not be normal probaly means you may need front suspension work alignment, tire rotated and if they are really bad then tires replaced because belts and cord could slip and blow out
No this is not normal on a properly aligned car. You have a toed-out condition which is pretty common after a few miles on the car. Think of the tires as being completely parallel and then aim each one outward a couple of degrees. Then you can see why the tires wear on the inside.
Tires should wear evenly as long as they are rotated, balanced and aligned. If any of these things are off the result could be abnormal wear, like inside/outside wearing on tires.
