Question:

Should we fire an employee for this ?

I have an employee who has been adding time to her actual hours worked for the last couple of months - an hour here, a half hour there, etc. My wife says that this is stealing from the company even if the dollar amount isn t large, and that we should fire her now and not look back. If she is stealing in this way she may be stealing in other ways, Plus other employees could see this as an open invitation to follow suit.I m inclined to fire her. If it was a performance issue, I would counsel her and give her a couple of chances. But this is an honesty issue. Should I fire her?

Answer:

You'd have a ground fault - the whole system would not function.
In polite words yh. Stop being such a pussy and dont let the kids control you. If your a man then start acting like it. Put your foot down and say you have to do your homework or if hey dont then you take away their electronic devices anf you only return them once they have completed the work. Give them one or two slaps. Control them, DONT let them control you. I swear as each day is going past the world is becoming softer and bitchier. Be a man!!!! Hope i helped! :-
Yeppi hated college then i nonetheless hate it now.. don't get me incorrect..i found out lots..yet i nonetheless experience i will learn extra on my own.. like the asserting is going: in case you prefer to get laid, circulate to varsity, yet once you prefer an education circulate to the library.
If there is a gas leak, turn up the gas to the burner so it will maintain the flame size.
We have a homework rule in our home. When you walk in the door from school, you have fifteen minutes to get a snack. After that, all electronic devices are to be left in the family room or bedrooms and you need to be at the kitchen table. No electronic entertainment with the exception of the radio, is turned on until all the homework and chores are done. It's as simple as that. Oh, and yes, I do check to see that the homework is getting done. Even though they are now teenagers and in junior and senior high school, I use all the tools available to me to keep focus on their academic performance and grades.
