I kept trying until I remembered pancake mix.it's just about perfectProbably as close as you can come at homeIf anyone else figures out something to add, let me know! 1 can creamed corn 1 can kernel corn, drained Mix those together and freeze in either an ice cube tray or mini muffin tin Mix up pancake batter, with just slightly less waterAdd salt to tasteBatter the frozen corn and fry in oil at 300 (it has to be a little cooler or the outside gets done fast but the inside is still frozen)Make sure you flip them over pretty quick after dropping them or they won't turn over Enjoy!!
