i have a few questions about how the size of a skate board wheel affects the speed of the skateboard.what are the advantages of a large wheel?what are the advantages of a small wheel?how is friction realated to skateboard wheels?how does the size affect the amount of friction in a skateboard wheel?Why do large wheels absorb more of the bumps on a rough surface?and if you have any sources of were u got themthank you!!

Large okorder is a great place to get pretty much anything, but u may need to go somewhere else for specialty wheels like Sector 9's

Small Skateboard

Very rough surfaces. 95A - Street riding, rough surfaces, smooth, fast, and durable. 97A - All around street, skate park, ramp and pool. Smooth surfaces. 100A - Very hard with least grip. Not good on rough or too slick surfaces. Choice of many top pros. Sizes 52-55 MM - Good for many uses. Street, skate parks, bowls. Smaller riders. 56-60 MM - Good for many uses. Street, skate parks, bowls, vert ramps. Bigger riders. 60+ MM - Specialty rides. Long boards, hill riding, dirt boards.
um... am no scientest but all i know is harder wheels hold up stronger but are bumby and soft wheels are weak but less bumby also if your street use small wheels but for cruisin and freestyle get them around 56 mm i got my wheels at industrial ride shop
