Put a password on YOUR computer and don't give it to them so they can only use it if you're around and log in for them. If they have their own account, just remove their ability to use internet explorer (or other browser) from the browser's permissions.. Remove the wireless card (or turn it off depending on the type of computer) so they can only connect when they are physically wired in (to YOUR network). If you know which neighbour it is, ask them to password protect their system as your kids (meaning other people as well) can get in to their network and there may be security issues. I'm not really familiar with parental control software (other than the basics) because Ive never used it, but I believe if you are restricting internet or specific websites it will apply to ALL connections, whether wireless or wired in, as it blocks it at the computer level rather than the broadcast level.
Steve Austin. But out of those guys: Homicide
If your kids can access your neighbor's wifi then most likely it doesn't have a sensible security system. Go to your neighbor asap and tell them to put a password on their system and keep it firewalled and secured.
Another software you could try is Application Blocker Pro.
tell your neighbor that your kids are connecting to their wifi and get them to put a password on it. but why worry? its free. haha just kidding
