Answer:

Bottom line - everything is expensive if you plan to live here, even if its only a few months out of the year. Its pretty safe all things considered. - A hella safer than Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, or Washinton DC or Detroit. But there are bargains, depending on what parts of the island you plan to buy a condo/apt. in. There are some apt. buildings that have minimal to no maintenance fees that burglars over look. And there are some properties, like in the Pearl Ridge Area that are not too expensive like in the 120K to 250K range, though they may be for lease than for fee simple. So you have to shop around. As much as it is relatively easy to get around if you depend on the bus system, the buses stop running around 10 pm'ish and for some routes there is limited service, particularly now with the back log of buses out of service due to maintenance issues. But for hauling groceries bulk items, you will at least need to get a car for errands. It isn't practical to buy a car and put it in storage, unless its a low maintenance easy to service vehicle. You're probably better off renting a car for the duration of a stay. Because there are not a lot of automotive storage places leaving a car in storage runs the risk of it being stolen or stripped down for parts while you're away.
No it will not set off the alarms as it is steam not smoke. Just remember to turn it off before leaving.
If the curb is painted red, no where within the red area. If not, no closer than 15 feet away.
Umyeah? try marijuana tea. that's common to make and supply you with merely as sturdy outcomes and perhaps greater perfect. No smoke, no worry, no paper. merely butter, milk, honey and your famous mug. Sheesh!
