Question:

smooth pallet wood without power tools?

Hi, I wanted to make some stuffs out of pallet wood thinking that it would be cool and low cost but now I have to deal with the rough surface of the wood. I don't know how to make it smoother as I don't have power tools, and can't afford those either. Any suggestion? Would the hand block plane + hand sanding work in this case?

Answer:

Mac Poppy Devoted 6 Shades Eyeshadow Palette has Great vibrant colors! I am glad I found it, since it was a limited edition and not sold in stores anymore. m
I depot mine and put them into the palette. Easier, in my opinion for application. But if you want to know the names, you could either put them on the back of the palette, or memorize the names. :)
Definitely palettes. I probably have approx. 130 mac eye shadows so it makes better sense for me. I use Z palettes because I can see what's inside without opening it, and one large Z palette hold 27 mac eye shadows. :)
I buy them in the pan form because they are cheaper, $10 instead of $14.50 and put them in a pallet. You get more for your $$
Personally, I like to keep most of my eyeshadows in pallets. I do have some that I keep in their single pots, but they aren't ones that I might use on a daily basis. When I travel, it's nice to have some neutrals together for an every day eye in one place so that I won't lose the single pots.
