I'm moving from the West Coast to the South - where studded tires are illegal. My summer tires are bald, so I'm thinking of pulling the studs out of my winter tires and using those. I know summer driving will shorten the tires' lifespan but I won't legally be able to use studded tires anyway, so who cares? Anyway, my question is this: How SAFE are winter tires in the summer? Could disaster strike during my cross country road trip with snow tires?
Which folder in particular? Or are you talking about the system repair partition on the hard drive?
There is too much water there for rice to help with. You will want to open up the case, drain whatever water is visible, use some compressed air to blow into tight spots and flush out more water. Then put it in a bag of kitty litter with silicate and close the top. It should pull all the remaining moisture out within a day or so.
