I'm hoping someone could help me out with a few questions I have in mind.Please answer the ones that you are sure of.1- If I start my car and then give the car some gas (while the gear is still on P), would that in some way damage the engine?2- Sometimes, when I step into my car and turn the ignition key, the engine will take roughly 2 seconds to start instead of the usual 0.5 seconds or so. Does that make sense?Well, why does that happen? I was told it was a car battery related problem3- When I'm driving, and go over a speed bump or an uneven road, I tend to shake alot in my seat. (Like, move from side to side in an outrageous manner).Is that an indication that I need to alter my seating position?Thanks for your help.I have an X5 (Not sure if that helps answer any Q's)

I have a smoke detector, that gets checked every 6 month, just before the letting agency do a house inspection. It's law inthe UK that all properties that are let out have to have one.

Yes 1 smoke detector and 1 carbon monoxide detector. Both work just fine :)
