Some of the scratch free lens material is coming off of my glasses. What can I use to take the rest of it off
I have been down this road. First you need to get your neighbors to agree that there is a problem that the city needs to look into. Second you need to get the city conduct a traffic study, how many cars pass a given point during a specified period. Are you sure that speed bumps are the way to go. A traffic circle may be a better solution There are also structures called bulb outs that can be installed. as I said in the beginning I have been down this road and take my word for it it is a long road. you have replied your question already. the only explanation for velocity bumps is to maintain drivers at or under the value minimize for that area. normally to guard infants and pedestrians.
