If you insist on disabling the door only you will have to disable the sensor at the door or program the alarm panel such that the door is no longer a perimeter sensor. For this you will need the programming manuals for your panel as well as the installer code. You may also disable the beep from all sensors. Above one of the buttons on your keypad the word CHIME is written. Enter your four digit security code followed by the CHIME button. This should toggle it on or off.
