static wheel balancer work on car tires?

does the static wheel balancer work on car tires? around 13 to 17???sort of like the nomar wheel balancercant find nothing on that subject, but would like some input on someone who has used it or would know if that would work.if not that then a bubble balancer?thanks!

either stick with pilot powers or get the dunlop Q2's Im running Q2's on my 2008 GSX-R 1000 and I love'em I had Battlaxs before which I did like but that was until I got my Q2's
You need a dynamic balancer to effectively balance vehicle tires. And those old bubble balancers, don't even get me started on them. You'll make it worse more often than you'll make it better. If you are going to make an investment in a balancer, make it a good investment and get one you'll get your money back out of in the long run.
Here short and to the point. Static means wheel weights are only on one side of the wheel. Dynamic balances both side of the wheel and wheel weights will be on the outside and inside of the rim. This is the correct way to balance a tire. Dynamic. Static is the worst. Generally lazy shops will do trailer tires, static. Any tire should always have a dynamic balance.
