Looking for L shaped steel (ideally coated with an aluminum brushed coating) brackets for a long breakfast barReally don't want diagonal brace as very contemporary lookAny ideas? I know they will have to likely be chunky to provide strength if I lose the diagonal - that's fineI have looked fruitlessly online :-(Thx!!Squango
Try something to dehumidify the air such as shallow pans of silica gel or salt, even a concentrated brine fountain or blowing the air through a fabric that's wicking a concentrated brine would reduce the humidityYou could put out UV lights to keep the foods sterile while dryingKeep in mind that humid air is lighter than dry air.
If at all possible add some heat lampsThese should aid in adding enough heat to dryAdding the fans to keep the air moving will help as will the lightingThese two things will make it more difficult for the mold to grow.
