When I turn my car off and release the break, it rocks and makes a weird creek like sound. I‘m afraid of it being something critical and that I will have to get a new car. It is a 1998 Grand Prix V6 3800. What is that noise because when ever it rocks it happens.Please help me with that sound identification.Is it not so critical or is it?Is it able to be fixed?
sounds like an old suspension system its metal on metal rubbing together it could be anything from frame bushings to the bushings in the shocks or even the springs if you want to test it sit in the car and have a buddy bounce each corner of the car then when it creeks you know what side it is
