Goodyear makes tires for passenger cars and the NASCAR stock cars that do that. The passenger tires are called run flat - they enable you to drive on a 'flat' tire for a limited amount of miles (50 ?) to get the tire repaired. They are probably like the NASCAR tires that have what they call an 'inner liner' that is like a tire within a tire and functions the same
